The production process of fiber cement pressure board requires high industrial technology requirements, requiring at least 5000 tons of press pressure to be produced. Medium and low density fiber cement boards that have not been produced under pressure can only be referred to as non pressure boards, and only pressurized high-density boards can be referred to as pressure boards.
The fiber cement pressure plate is mainly made of Portland cement and natural mineral plant fibers, which are processed into pulp, formed, pressurized by a 10000 ton press, and steam cured at high temperature.
